Margin gets removed on media and text block wordpress

I’m editing a page using the Gutenberg editor (not Cornerstone), and I have several “Media and text” blocks above one another. Inside the Gutenberg editor, I see margin in between these blocks, but on the actual rendered page on my website they disappear.

Why is there such a discrepancy and how can it be fixed?
