Looking at the page and inspecting the dev tools I see that you haven’t created the Google Maps API key. Here’s the error message Google Maps JavaScript API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys.

Please visit the URL and get the Google Maps API key for the same to work properly.
