Maps element NOT working

Has anyone used the new google maps element? I keep trying to put the API key but I get this message the google maps API rejected your request. this API project is not authorized to use this API

Hey @crios2801, that error is referring to your setup via Google. You need to make sure that your website is added to your project.

Go to Google Developers >> select your project >> go to the Credentials tab >> Domain Verification.
