Map element, map shows up for a second and then disappears

I created Google Cloud Project, then API credentials and key, I verified ownership of the URL, and activated Maps JavaScript API -I’ve confirmed it is API enabled. HTTP referrers restrictions, website restrictions .rowlandskillednursing.com/, API restrictions is 1 API key for Maps JavaScript API. I read through other’s having the same problem and after that, I looked through my plugins to see if there is another calling up a google API, but could not find one doing so. I’ve inserted the API key into the element, and I’ve inserted the JS for formating. After putting several hours into this, I have exhausted ideas. Help, please! Thank you!

Thanks for reaching us. I have checked your site and I noticed an error in the console:

Your site URL to be authorized: https://rowlandskillednursing.com/contact/

This could mean that the current URL loading the Maps JavaScript API has not been added to the list of allowed referrers. Please check the referrer settings of your API key in the Google Cloud Platform Console. Kindly check this out:
