Manually Add Header to Custom Page Template

Hi,

We’re building a custom page template and copied over all relevant files into our child theme. Everything is working as it should so far. Using XPro & “Header Builder” we’ve designed a header that will run along the left side of the page, similar to what you have here in the forum. My questions are:

  1. Can we have two headers on one page
  2. How can we manually add the deader to our custom page template?

1.) You can only assign one header to a post or page. You can however have a top header and left header in a custom header. Simply utilize the settings Top and Left area where you can add your bar, container and header elements.

2.) You should be able to assign your custom header to your custom post type. Just find the custom post type in the header over overview.
