Making Text in the menu bar instead of buttons

Hi,
I need to add text in the menu Area in Large print that says Important Message for Our Patients About Corona Virus (COVID-19) and it needs to link to this page:

I don’t see a way to add just text instead of a menu button.

Thanks for writing in!

Once you add another menu item, it will be the same and will look like a button. Do you want to add something like this?

Please go to X > Theme Options > Header > Topbar Content and update it into this:

Call Us: (703) 478-0440</p><p style="margin: 9px 0 0; float: left;">
<a href="http://www.nscplc.com/coronavirus-covid-19/">Important Message for Our Patients About Corona Virus (COVID-19)</a>
