Making a private website, need some advice

Hi guys!

So I’m using wordpress + buddypress to make a private website for hosting online homework, where the students are given their own username and password to login.

I found a solution here:

and I was wondering if it’s compatible with X theme. Otherwise, what is the best method of making a best x theme enpowered private website?

Thank you for writing in, the BuddyPress is one of our recommended plugins, it is fully compatible with our Themes. However, we can not speak for the customization due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script.

My advice is to try that customization code (we cant provide support for customizations though) see if that suits what you need, if not, try the top WordPress LMS Plugins and see which one that suit your needs.
