Thanks for writing in!

The z-index of the avatar is lower than the z-indexes of the footer bars. To get this issue resolved, simply add the following CSS code in the X > Theme Options > Global CSS (http://prntscr.com/evui3r)

body .cp-chat.cp-chat-position-right.cp-chat-type-avatar {
    z-index: 16000;
}
