Make the navigation bar semi transparent when scrolling down

I want to make the navigation bar semi transparent when scrolling down.
And when scroll stops, navagation bar is back to 100% solid.
How can I do that?

Thanks for writing in!
Regretfully that option not available in the theme. That needs custom Js and CSS code, which is out of our theme support scope.
We would encourage you to please take help from a developer to do this.
