Make text visible on hover

Hey there,
I’am building a column where additional text is displayed only when hovering the said column. Basically like the “show more” button that you know from wordpress text snippets and youtube comments, but without the need to click the button.
What would be the easiest way in the pro theme to achieve this?

I tried the button element and enabled the “hidden” checkbox in the text setup, but this did not hide the secondary text initially. not sure if that is a bug

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that the secondary text as the description says is a secondary text which will always display below the primary text. Regretfully we do not have such feature that show/hides the read mo text away as you click on the button or link. Perhaps a 3rd party plugin may help you. Hi @zero_to_one,

As specified in the label at left Interaction & Overflow, the dropdown is having the value for Interaction attribute
and the checkbox is denoting the value forOverflow attribute.
