Make sure dropdown is top layer

Hi guys

Have just added dropdown functionality to this page: https://rubow-test.one

However I have a top section that I want to be first and have done so with Z-index. However now I realize that the dropdown isn’t readable, since it is below the top section.
Any ideas on how to solve my short sighted solution? And get the top menu to be displayed in above everything else?

Thanks for writing in! The navigation menu is behind the sticky section because of your installed plugin, Sticky Menu Or Anything On Scroll. You may need to contact the creators of the plugin for further assistance. They should be able to give you some information how their plugin can by pass some elements in order for it not to overlap any contents.
