Make Pro Header same width as content

Hello how do I make it so the Pro header beginning and end align with the boxed content below, I am just using a basic default header template: https://aacofctstage.wpengine.com/

Thanks for writing in!

To get your issue resolved, please edit your custom header and in your Bar element settings, find the Content Sizing option. You can either enable the “Global Container” or that you can set a maximum width of 1200 pixels which is the same as your current content width.
