Make one element of sidebar sticky

Hey,
I’d like to make the last element of my sidebar sticky. So as the user scrolls down, the last one should stick just as in this example here: https://neilpatel.com/blog/necessary-keyword-research-tools/

I’ve come across a couple of code lines in this forum, but none was fitting my purpose.
