Is there a way to make the logo a scroll anchor?

Thanks for reaching out.
Not sure what exactly you are trying to achieve. Do you want the Logo to be work as a link to a specific section like # link, if that is the case you can do with the Pro and add an image in the customize header as Logo with a # link. But if you are using X, regretfully, there is no such option for adding a custom link to the Logo.

I’m trying to make it so the image logo in the header brings you to the top of the page when it’s clicked. Is something like that possible?

Regretfully there is no option at the moment. It would require custom development. I would suggest you contact a developer who can assist you with your concern. Please note that we don’t provide custom development support. It is out of the support scope.
