Make images all same size - automatically crop

Hi,

I am trying to create a 3 column layout with images on top and text below each image. I am using the image element. How do you make the image box one standard size and the image within it to crop within that size responsively and accordingly, on all screen sizes. Here is a screenshot.

Also, how do you make the headline in the column grow with size of the column? (the white on purple headline over the image).

Thanks for writing in!

Based from the screenshot that you sent, it seems that the images where displayed in the grid. The easiest way to have the event image the same width and height is to upload them with the same width and height. There is no way you can do it automatically.
