Is it possible to have the top header set to shrink after a set time interval, for instance after 5 seconds.
Currently the header is set to shrink when you scroll down.

Regretfully there is no feature to shrink the header after a certain time limit, It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X/Pro is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
