Make a slide container with a background image fill 100% of a cell grid

I am trying to make a slider fit into a cell in a grid. You can see from the screen shot that the row and column size is set to repeat(16,minmax(2vw,5vw)) and repeat(10,minmax(2vw,5vw)) . the image in the slider is set as a background so it can fill the slide but i am struggling to set the slide height to fill 100% of the cell.

Can you advise how best to achieve this

You will have to insert the image as a background in your Cell and set the size to cover.

thank you for the suggestion but as i point out in the original post i need the cell to contain a stack of slides
