Major issues with page pro builder

hello, since wordpress 5.5 updates released im unable to edit or build pages in the x theme page builder.

the issue are missing buttons in the x pro editor like in image example

unable to drag and drop element
unable to navigate between section, raw, style ect ect…
unable to asin new footer or change display

this issue is happened on many site that i developed with x theme

im consider to give up end to switch all my website themes
since the must complicate to edit, slow, heavy page sizes, week seo scores ARE the one that design with X THEME

It seems that modifying the existing page and adding a new page is working fine at your website. During this investigation, I have created a test page and found it working too.

If this not what you are trying to point out, please clarify the steps through which the issues can be replicated.

I would also recommend you to troubleshoot a few common issues, which may be the cause of the issue you are seeing.

  1. CSS/JS Customization
  2. Disabling Cache
  3. Testing for Plugin conflict
  4. Child Theme Issue

im in the test page that you create. still same problem’s in the page editor

Hi Gil,

Hope you have gone through the Common Issue troubleshoot, if not I would like to request you to complete it once. If you have already done that and still having the issue after it, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hello Gil,

You weren’t able to edit the page in Pro editor because you have disabled some of the page editing functions in the settings. Kindly go to Pro > Settings > Permissions > General > Pages. You must toggle ALL permission so that you can edit and have full control over the Pro editor.
