This is appearing at the top of every page for some unknown reason

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in!.
I can see there is form coming in the all page. This is due to a a form tag that coming in the bottom of the page.

Please confirm if you are using any third party plugins or any code in your site ? If so please try to remove it and check.
Or you can provide us your login details in a secure note, so that we can have a look on to the issue.

I am not able to login to your site. even its not showing me any error.
Can you please check and if possible delete the theme and re-install it.

Hi, We had the same problem. No 3rd party plugins except 1 which we use on other sites, this is our first xtheme site… Will deleting the theme and reinstalling affect our current configurations becuase that is 100s of hours of work. Please try visiting this url and logging in http://locations.ie/wp-admin/plugins.php

Hi There,

Credentials is still not working when I tried to login. Please double check. It would also help if you will provide FTP credentials too on secure note. This way we can also check if this part is injected. If you don’t have any other plugins, either this is a result of customization of someone injected it.
