After the most recent update, when I load many of my pages in the content builder they have many new and empty columns scattered everywhere and it becomes nearly impossible to edit a page. It doesn’t seem to be reflected on the front end when saved, but in the builder it looks horrendous! I’ve cleared all caches, disabled plugins, cleared Pro style cache, tried multiple browsers, etc. Nothing fixes it. Please login to the site and load the home page in the builder to see. I checked and can see the issue with the columns.
It’s seems to be related to this thread https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-isnt-working-after-the-update-to-3-3/44963/342. I’m not just sure if it’s known issue as it’s a bit rare and not sure what triggers it.
A workaround for now would be manually fixing the columns.
Though the saving part is quite another issue. Can you try updating your php version. WordPress 4.8 requires at least 7.0 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue.

Updated PHP version to 7.0, no changes. There are a lot of pages that are affected by this and would be a ton of work to do… Any other advice?
Also, after upgrading to php 7, all the content on my home page below the navbar does not load at all. Empty homepage. Also only partially loads home page elements when loaded up in Pro. Other pages on the site do not seem to be affected. But since this affects the live site, I had to downgrade back to php 5.6. Seems odd that just the home page would be affected like this when everything else seems fine. The error I see in the inspector is “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500” … Any advice here?

A common factor which affects the builder in home page only is permalink related. It could also be caused by caching.
Upon checking, Cornerstone works fine on my end though. Please see the screenshot of your home page in Cornerstone in the secure note.
Please clear your browser’s cache then test again. Also test in other browsers and incognito mode.

I guess I’ll just edit the pages then to fix the first issue and be glad that it only shows on the backend.
The homepage looks fine to you in the editor because like I said I had to revert back to php 5.6 so that the home page wasn’t missing on my live site. I’m wanting to upgrade to php 7.0 but that’s when the homepage content below the nav bar disappears, on the home page only. Pro is PHP 7 compatible. Some users are even using the latest version of PHP with no problems. However, in some setups, there might be a server feature that gets enabled that conflicts with Pro.
Regretfully, we could not help in such a case because we do not have control over the server. It is your host that should be able to or is capable of diagnosing this issue since the error is server related. They will also have access to the server error logs so they can give you advice on specific issues.
You can report back to us their findings so maybe the conflict can be taken into account in future developments.
