Main Menu on desktop and mobile isn't "clickable"

Hi there,
I have a staging site and for some reason, the menu links can’t be clicked and the burger menu on Mobile doesn’t open as well. I’ve linked the menu items but can’t figure out why this is so. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out.

It seems two of your header bar is covering it, which meant for pushing the content down to give room for the background. Please try increasing the z-index of your header bar where the menu is, and do it until the menu works or react on hover.

Increase it more than the current z index.
