My main menu is showing on all other pages of my site except for the homepage.
Also - on all other pages, there is a right side menu (which includes recent posts, Meta, search bar) which I am not able to get rid of.
How can I resolve these issues?

Thank you for writing in, how do we see your pages? All I can see on your site is the Application Form.
Please check your homepage’s template, make sure it is not using a No Header template (see screenshot)
On that same template option, use a Blank - No Container or Blank - Container template for your pages.
