Mailto: opening new browser window instead of mail program

Hello,

I have a clickable mailto: link at the bottom of this page https://kelvintopset.com/kelvin-top-set-app/ and when you click it opens a new browser page.

I have turned off all plugins and still does the same.
Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I tested your site in all major browsers and the mailto link is working fine and it opens the mail program when clicked. I tested in Windows 10, this could be browser or OS specific issue. Can you please let us know in which browser you’re testing in and which OS you have so we can try replicating the issue on our end.
