Mailpoet stopped sending

Hi,

we use Mailpoet for newsletter. Today, in the middle of the sending process, Mailpoet stopped and showed an error message.

the PHP version has already been upgraded and the message that there are too many subscribers cannot be correct. There are currently 118 and 1000 are free.
An account has now been created at mailpoet, but it didn’t help. So we don’t know exactly why Mailpoet stopped sending.
what are we overlooking and what have we done wrong?

I checked your site’s dashboard. It seems that there might be an issue subscription limit or poor mail delivery rate. I would suggest you contact the Mailpoet support team who can assist you with your concern.

Hi there, we are far from the subscription limit or poor mail delivery rate. Unfortunately the support team can’t be reached with a free licence. Also I noticed, that MailPoet is not in your plugin list anymore . I guess it was replaced by HubSpot. Why is that?

Hey @ArtOfSpring,

I’m sorry but the reason was undisclosed. There could be some differences in the way Mailpoet provided updates that could not be aligned to our system and policies. Hubspot maybe was a suitable replacement.
