Mailpoet Premium plugin does not unlock 2000 subscribers

Hi,

One of my clients complains about Mailpoet plugin and I do not know how to help them. They’ve purchased “Pro” theme and installed Mailpoet and Mailpoet Premium. The premium plugin (installed latest version available) states that it unlocks 2000 subscribers limit.

In the settings section in activation key tab we can see that the premium plugin is active, but it does not unlock 2000 subscribers.

It worked for 3 months but it suddenly stopped working even if we use our own SMTP to send emails.

What can I do to unlock 2000 subscribers limit?
How can it be that the plugin that says that it unlocks 2000 subscribers limit does not do that even if it’s activated and running?

Hey Victor,

I’m sorry but MailPoet creators have changed the policy. You now need to pay to have 2000 subscribers. See this similar thread: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/mailpoet-3-premium-doesnt-unlock-free-limit-of-2000-subs/69631/2?u=christian

We’re sorry for the confusion but we can do nothing for this case. Mailpoet creators already do have knowledge of this.
