Mailpoet Popup Not Working

Good day.

Running the following:

MailPoet. Version 5.10.0
MailPoet Premium. Version 5.10.0
Max Version: 6.6.3 using a Personify theme
WordPress 6.7.2

Nothing else is running. Have a popup subscrption form launch 2 secs after page load.

Running the Custom theme, popup does not launcnh.

  1. Clear Browser
  2. Load front page with Max theme. Popup should show in 2 secs, does not show.
  3. Clear Browser
  4. Switch to 2024 theme.
  5. Load front page with '24 theme. Popup shows in 2 secs,.

Any hints? Please and thank you.

Regretfully, the issue is coming from the third-party plugin, for which we don’t have any complaints about compatibility with the theme. Still, we will be interested in investigating and seeing if anything can be improved in Cornerstone or theme, but please remember that as this is a third-party plugin, we can’t guarantee any fixes.

To investigate it further please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

  • WordPress Site URL & Login URL
  • WordPress Admin username/password
