I have setup mailpoet to send an email when customer buys a product. However this email is not being sent out. I have tried ordering the product multiple times.
I want customers to get some email once they purchase a product. I am not talking about order emails.

Please be advised that we are no longer including MailPoet as a bundled plugin effective immediately. The authors have made changes to their premium version to lower the number of subscribers and remove the option for customers to use their own mail sending service.
Feel free to communicate the authors of the MailPoet plugin for further assistance.

Seems like this isn’t true because I am able to send emails with another service.
Will I be getting updates to the plugin which are already installed via the theme?
