MailPoet 3 Premium doesn't unlock free limit of 2000 subs

Hi Support,

I have both MailPoet 3 and MailPoet 3 Premium installed as X Extensions.

But it seems MailPoet somehow doesn’t recognise the Premium part - because it says I have exceeded the free limit of 2000 subscribers and need a payed plan. But the Premium plugin should take care of that right?

If I do an email in MailPoet the Send button is disabled. Isn’t the Premium plugin supposed to unlock the 2000 subs limit?

Cheers,
Niels

Hello Niels,

Thanks for writing in!

MailPoet Premium can send up to 1000 subscribers for free.

... but if you have over 2,000 subscribers you will need to pay for that service.
If you go with the Other setting you can either use the native web server
or use services like Amazon SES or SendGrid.

You can also see that in their site: https://account.mailpoet.com/

Hope this helps.
