Mailchimp not working

Hi!. I have installed a mailchimp form on our site. I followed all of the steps given in the installation FAQ provided here in the site, however the form does not work. When I test it it says an error has occurred and the form cannot be submitted. I have double checked the api key provided by mailchimp, it is correct, I am not sure what is going on or why to is not working. Can someone help me with this?

Would you mind sharing us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

Please share us also the list of the things you have done.

Don’t forget to set your credentials in secure note.

Hi There,

We have replaced old MilChimp plugin with new Email Forms extension which you can install it by head over to X -> Overview section.

I’m having the same issue. I have followed all the installation instructions, and it did work for a time. I’ve checked & rechecked the API, but nothing seems to correct it. Please help.

Hi,
I’m having one issue with the mailchimp form. I’ve installed it and added the api key and everything work according to the manual. when I test it on my live site by compiling a form and pressing “Subscribe” and I go check if the email was added to the Mailchimp list nothing appears.
