Hello we are using your form plugin and installed Mailchimp onto it
When you subscribe to the form and click submit nothing happens

Please make sure that the Mailchimp API key is correct for the subscription to work properly.
At the same time I see you are using X Theme version 6.3.8 and Cornerstone 3.5.4. Please update X and Cornerstone to latest version as the version that you have on website is not compatible.

hello I’ve double checked the API key and it’s exactly the same and it still does not work

After further investigation, I can confirm that this is a bug in the recent release of the theme. There seems to have an issue between the theme and plugin. Our developers were already made aware of the issue. Once they’ve fixed this, it will be updated and rolled out in the next plugin update cycle.
