Good morning,

I seem to be having a lot of difficulty integrating MailChimp with Pro. Emails enabled in MailChimp such as order notifications and new customer emails are not being sent out, even though the MailChimp API is in place in Pro and lists are updating.

When I attempt to verify my domain in MailChimp, I see the following error: https://prnt.sc/k52tvx. I believe, however, my DNS settings in Cloudflare are correct: https://prnt.sc/k52tyk.

Do you have any idea what might be wrong? Are those related or separate issues?

Hi J,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party app mailchimp. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
