Mailchimp form problem

Hi guys
I’m using the FORMS plugin that comes with Pro - but for some reason, the list keeps on changing back to the wrong one (video attached to explain)
can you help?

I tried to replicate your issue but on my end when I change the campaign type it is just working fine, maybe it is a browser issue on your end, please clear your browser issue. I also create a video for you to check it out.
