Mailchimp Form not working

Hello I have the forms enabled and have the shortcode in place but when I test it, it does not work. The button goes blank and there is a circle with a strike through it. I am using this [x_subscribe form=“2501”]

Although I have check with the developer and a fixed will be available on the next release. Thank you for understanding.
