MailChimp Error: The requested resource could not be found

Hey Guys,

I am using the MailChimp plugin and my API key is correct because it shows the correct list. I have 2 forms to capture details, one that I have placed at the bottom of my home page (https://www.consultparv.com/) and I created another
form and placed in a widget on the side of my blog posts (https://www.consultparv.com/articles/), and both give the same error. There is a good chance that it could be due to incorrect settings but I have been playing with it for a while and no luck. Any chance you guys can help?

Thanks for asking.

ResourceNotFound generally means that specific resource doesn’t exist. I checked console and don’t see any error message related with Mailchimp. Can that regards can you please try testing for plugin conflict? Please deactivate all plugins and then reactivate one at a time to narrow down. If testing for plugin conflict does not work, please try reinstalling email form plugin and see if that resolves the problem.

In case both solutions does not work, please share website login details in a secure note for us to take a closer look.

Thank you for the information. Would you please kindly do a test for us. Kindly install this plugin:

MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress

It is the official MailChimp plugin for WordPress and then try to connect to MailChimp and add a simple form and see if it works.

Also please change the theme to something default such as 2016 and test the case.

I installed the Mailchip plugin and everything now works fine, even after I deactivated it… Thanks for the help
