MailChimp Error 405

Dear Sir/Madam,

Suddenly my Mailchimp plugin gives this error:

Request: DELETE https://us20.api.mailchimp.com/3.0/lists/ad4044e6b6/members/405834aa883d0b062c058fe8f87c421e
Response: 405 Method Not Allowed - {“type”:“http://developer.mailchimp.com/documentation/mailchimp/guides/error-glossary/",“title”:"Method Not Allowed”,“status”:405,“detail”:“This list member cannot be removed. Please contact support.”,“instance”:“1141d393-465b-4b61-b6b0-2c893d73a7e3”}

I cannot let people subscribe to my newsletter. I already contacted Mailchimp but they are not responding. Do you have any idea how to solve this?
