Mailchimp Embedded form - issue with the css

Hi there,

I am embedding (we don’t want to use an extra plugin just for one form) a form on a website but the for some reasons I am not getting the same result as on another website.

The subscribe button is not inline with the fields and have an issue with placeholders showing the “”
Knowing that I’ve done the same thing on another website that uses the Xtheme, I just don’t understand why the behaviour is different. Can you help me?

Please add the following code to Theme Options CSS

      height: 45px;
}

max-width: 700px;
    margin: auto;
}
