Hi @rabbler,

Unfortunately, the form is not working at all. I am getting 500 Internal Server error when I tried to submit. I tried to login and I can’t access admin too. I am seeing the following error message:

There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Please try to enable WP Debug as stated on this article so we can see more details of the error. Do let us know how this goes.

Hi, I appear to have fixed that now. Thanks!

Hey @rabbler,

It’s good to know that it is fixed now.
We really appreciate for letting us know.

Best Regards.

Eh I meant the debugging error, the mailchimp issue is still standing!!

Hey @rabbler,

I checked your setup and it seems like you’re having an incompatibility issue as you’ve updated Cornerstone to the latest version but you’ve an outdated version of X. Always remember to update both X and Cornerstone to avoid potential errors and conflicts.

You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

I also noticed the version of Email Forms extension you’re using is outdated, the latest supported version of the Email Forms extension is 2.0.5 please update all of your plugins according to our version compatibilty list here https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Let us know how this goes!

Thanks for that, for some reason the automatic update for the theme is not available? And the usual X section is appearing rather weird?

Hi there, so by updating to the latest version of Theme X pro I cleared the issues around the mailing lists and the automatic updates on my staging site.

Now while trying to install WooCommerce I am getting this error.

There was an error installing woocommerce where I had to switch off theme x and use another theme to get it up and running, but ive switched back now. How do i make the buttons for woocommerce consistent with the rest of the site?

Hi @rabbler,

I don’t see that issue on my end, all your buttons are styled like this:

It could be a cache on your end, please clear your caching plugin and your browser’s cache.

General settings of the buttons sitewide is under Theme Options > Buttons

Thanks,
