Dear staff, I’ve been struggling for a while with my Mailchimp. Users who optin for my ebook do not receive it. Instead they suddenly receive a welcome mail. Although double optin is off. I once received an answer to change the code but I didn’t find the file in my WP. It was during the transition of the old to the new support forums so it got a bit messy. Can you please help me out?
