Magnified home page

Hi-

For a second or two, when people first go to my site - bostonhypnosis.com - it seems like one small section of the top of the home page is hyper-magnified. After that brief moment, it then appears normally. Is there a way I can avoid this and still have a big font in the headline that shrinks or grows depending on the user’s device?
