M. E. Calendar: reverse order of events (desc)

Hi there,

Not sure if this is covered by support as it concerns the Events Calendar plugin, but it’s a very basic question:
is there a way to reverse the order of events, as shown in listings?

I want to show a list of events (e.g. with the list shortcode), with the newest ones on top and older further down (order descending). At the moment, the list starts with the oldest event, which is not useful in this case.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! By default, the events will be listed oldest event to the latest ones. There is no option to reverse that order. Doing so may require custom coding which is deemed as a custom development. Please be advised that custom development is beyond the scope of our support. We can add this as a feature request then so it can be taken into consideration for future development. Meanwhile, you may refer to the documentation to know tips and how to use the list shortcodes on the page:

With the possibility to change the order of events in listings, it would be a perfect plug-in.
Considering that I need the descending list, I had to switch to another calendar (by Modern Tribe).
