I have multiple Lotties on the same page. For some reason they are not autoplaying?
Hi Tristan,

Hi Tristan,
I have tried to check the components and the page but unfortunately, it does not load in the Cornerstone. I would suggest you troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

Hi,
This is due to the Activemember360 membership plugin being used. The components on the page use shortcodes from the membership to display content based on user progression. It works well, but interferes with the rendering of Cornerstone in the backend.
I have deactivated the membership plugin for now.
As an FYI, the AM360 are investigating building an integration with Pro so that AM360 conditionals can be used with Cornerstone elements (they have Elementor, Oxygen integration already).
Hi Tristan,
Glad to know that it worked, but unfortunately we are not aware of the mentioned plugin which causes the problem. As it is a 3rd Party plugin and we donβt have any control over the code, I would suggest you contact the plugin author on this.
Thanks
The autoplay not working has nothing to do with the plugin.
The plugin can cause an issue with cornerstone pages in the backend if shortcode is used and i disabled it for that reason now, so you can look at the lottiefiles.
The autoplay not working has nothing to do with the plugin.
Please help resolve.
Hello There,
You are using a caching plugin. Please test for a plugin conflict first. You may need to do the following:
- Testing For Theme Related Issue
- Testing For Plugin Conflict
- Child Theme
- Css/Js Customization
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling Cdn
- Version Compatibility
We highly recommend that you clone your site to a staging site so that we can troubleshoot the issue in the staging site without affecting the live site.
Kindly let us know how it goes.
Deactivated. Problem persists
Hi Tristan,
I have checked the Lottie animation multiple times and found it is playing automatically on the page you referred to earlier. I have reverified it by checking the individual page where the animation shows in a bigger way.
Thanks
