Lost X-Theme Extensions by updating different Plugins

Hello,

under wellcon.at we use x-Theme (7.2.3) and the extension Revolution Slider - after updating various Wordpress plugins, we lost our slider and the Revolution Slider plugin. We can no longer install this (and other) extension either (under X> Validation> Extensions) - see the attached screenshot.

Best regards,
eugen

Hi @ebmarketing,

There might be some different reason behind this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot by deactivating the plugins one by one till the issue resolved, the last plugin that resolves the problem is the reason behind the issue.
It can be the issue due to improper migration. I would like to request you to delete and reinstall the updated version of the X theme and let us know if that works.
If that does not works, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks
