Lost the content pages and all links to images

Hi Team,

I build the site on this domain http://keller.education.www510.jnb3.host-h.net/
Once it was approved by the client to go live we changed the MSQL database home page URL to http://keller.education
However, we have now lost the content pages? I was able to fix the header and footer, but I cant even see the content pages in Pro?
Please can you help!?

Thanks
Rob

Hey Rob,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Navigate to WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, select Post Name and save the settings. If Post Name option is already selected and simply re-save the permalinks settings and then try editing pages in content builder.

If the issue persists then please check for the following:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  4. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thanks!

Hi Nabeel
Thank you for all the details. I received this after I had gone into the site and relinked all the images and that did the job. But this information is still valuable, thank you.
Rob
