Lost of menu setup and contact form issue

Hi there,
on our site zubnapohotovostnivy.eu we are using nonprofit demo. While we were creating other language menu via WPML we lost our default menu so we have to create a new one. Now we are missing white background on one of our menu item.

Also the contact form plugin stopped working with wpml and the contact site has an error.

Please can you check.
