Lost menus on with 5.2.4 Update

[david.hussman]

I just updated to 5.2.4 and my menu is gone as is my top logo. Also, the background color for the site change and the page layouts are all wrong.

After a bit of digging, I was able to get my site back using an older version of x Theme. When I try to upgrade to 5.2.4. I see

Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Name Description
x Stylesheet is missing.

I was able to get back to a good start by deleting the theme, and doing a reinstall instead of an upgrade.

Was this after using automatic updates, or a manual update? It sounds like some files went missing during the update process.
