Lost logobar

I had a client contact me and said that the logo bar was missing from his site. I was not sure if it might have been the result of an update. The logobar actually appears when it goes below like 700px. I can see the logo in the theme options but it also does not appear in desktop mode. This all worked fine the last time I looked at it which was just a week or so ago. I also have the logo set as display:none but when it goes under 700 the mobile menu button appears. I do not see what could be keeping it from displaying in Firebug. Client said he changed nothing. There are only 4 or 5 plugins in the whole site including Cornerstone and Rev Slider.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Keith,

Thank you for writing in, first of please clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

If that did not work, please do testing for a plugin conflict as I am seeing a JS error on the page. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

And is the fixed left navbar is intended?

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!
