There’s no error in HTML nor CSS. The page also is fixed when logged in so that’s another proof that there’s no issue with the builder.
There seems like a redirect or page take over going on because if you look at the Post ID if you’re logged in, it’s different than the logged out version though they are the same URL.
Please remove redirects if you have any and also try saving your post as a template then loading it to a new post with different title or URL.
This is not an issue with the builder but rather your content setup.
