Lost between old and new controls

Hi there,
building a new page I got lost suddenly: the template contains “old” elements and supposedly new one. The old “classic” ones were easy to control, I could change padding and margin of a section etc. It says “This is a classic element. These are supported, but have less controls to configure.” But they work great.
Now I’ve got sections in the draft where I can’t find the corresponding controls. The page I’m building looks like a mess…
Please, I need a good hint where I can adjust padding of a column or section etc. in the new elements.

Hi Karen,

Thanks for writing in! If you have update your X theme recently, you need to enable Advanced Mode first. To do that, click on the settings cogwheel when you’re inside the Cornerstone editor.

Then under Preferences tab, enable advanced mode and save the changes.

Then you should be able to control those options.
