I’ve been a little over my head in CSS and I’ve probably done something to disable the buttons for different sizes in “hide during breakpoints” configuration in content 
Please help me set it back!

Regretfully, we can’t help find what is not displayed also because we have no idea what that button is. What you can do is temporarily switch to Skeleton Mode so you’ll see all of the elements.
