Broken display or layouts are usually caused by syntax errors mostly in HTML. Looking at the source code of your site, it looks like someone has introduced broken HTML to your site. The Body Class should not contain HTML but a Google Tag Manager code has been inserted.
Please first try removing third-party codes in your site and also deactivate third-party plugins and remove customizations temporarily and see if the issue persists.
